Accounting Services UAE
Ratio runs bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and Corporate Tax filing for SMEs in every Emirate. Owners in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the other five Emirates get closed books and a management pack each month, and every FTA return filed before its deadline.
Ratio handles monthly bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll and financial reporting for SMEs across all seven Emirates. VAT registration is mandatory once your taxable turnover passes AED 375,000 in a rolling 12-month period, and returns are due within 28 days of the end of each tax period. Corporate Tax is charged at 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000, and the return is due nine months after your financial year ends.
We work with single-location cafes in Sharjah, multi-branch retail chains in Dubai, and trading companies serving the wider region. Every account is run the same way: books closed monthly, filings submitted before the deadline, and one senior accountant who knows the file.

Ratio keeps books and files returns for clients registered in all seven Emirates, on the same monthly schedule:
All work runs remotely on our Ratio Volt platform: secure document sharing, tracked workflows, and a fixed monthly delivery schedule. No on-site presence required.
VAT is charged at 5%, and registration is mandatory once taxable turnover passes AED 375,000 in a rolling 12 months. We run VAT registration and filing plus Corporate Tax registration and returns. Late Corporate Tax registration carries a one-off AED 10,000 penalty, and late filing adds AED 500 per month for the first 12 months.
You receive monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and management dashboards with commentary. Our bookkeeping and financial reporting closes the month and shows where each cost line moved against the prior month.
Bring your last filed VAT return and your current books. We will tell you what is missing and what it takes to fix it.
